the location was acceptable.
The room was not properly cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom, and dust on the surfaces. The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, disrupting sleep.

dirty pool area
The daily room service was not good i had to complain over five times. the room was only cleaned after three days, which does not align with what one expects of a four stars hotels. the terrace chairs were old and stinked. the pool area was also dirty. Tables and loungers had old dishes and trash.

The valet service operates 24 hours. This is very convenient (i found it especially useful at night). Shops and restaurants are a short walk from the hotel entrance. My room had a balcony overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was spacious.
The shower pressure could have been a little stronger.

i found the location excellent. it offers great marina views.. and the hotel is near many restaurants. there is a quick drive to both venice beach and santa monica pier. the poolside service was fantastic, with valet parking providing top notch service.
the hot water in the room took a long time to warm up.

the restaurant has a lovely interior. it also offers poolside meals with a great menu. i was able to order appetizers without issue. the hotel also has a great lounge and happy hour.

the valet parking staff, including jose, darwin and johan, were very attentive. the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. all staff. the service is top notch.

the pool area includes tables and poolside lounge chairs. a huge hot tub is available. the balcony is large and equipped with two chairs and a table. the hotel provides plenty of space to walk along the marina.
